• Be able to enjoy your workday with your friendly co-workers
• Minimum 3-years HVAC Service Experience
• Respectful technicians that take pride in their work
• Good work ethic, honest and self motivated
• EPA Certificate
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and coworkers
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work safely
• Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
• Drug screening and background checks are required​
